When will my order ship? >

We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order - Monday through Friday - - 10 AM to 3 PM Eastern USA time - excluding all USPS holidays. ( We Do Not use FedEx and only use UPS for Overnight shipments. No Exceptions! ) Most orders ship the same day if we receive them before 3 PM. SHIRTS are DROP SHIPPED by the supplier - USPS PRIORITY MAIL - usually within 3 days of the order. CUSTOM MADE ( RINGS ) AND ENGRAVED ITEM'S SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE NOTED ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL ORDER PAGES. |

Typically... Regular 1st. Class small package mail takes from 5 to 8 working days from the time we drop the package off at the Post Office. It may be sooner - seldom longer. The US Post Office may advise differently. :-) Best take OUR experience. :-) SMALL PACKAGES CANNOT BE PROCESSED BY HIGH SPEED MACHINES AS REGULAR LETTER MAIL - THUS - THEY TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE. 'MEDIA MAIL' and 'BOUND PRINTED MATTER' - how we ship most BOOKS - may take a few days longer. Typically 7 to 12 working days. |

We have no control of the service of The US Postal Service, UPS, or the mail services in other countries! We do our job and trust they'll do theirs. It's extremely rare to have problems - although it does happen - and as Murphy's Law would have it - usually at the worst of times. |
If your package weighs 13 ounces or more - it will automatically go USPS Priority. USPS Priority Mail should arrive within 3 to days after you place your order. - DON'T COUNT THE DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED. - ( EXAMPLE: A MONDAY ORDER SHOULD ARRIVE BY THURSDAY. ) Arrival times can be influenced by many factors, such as holiday delays and a 'glut' of mail following holidays. Any severe weather conditions along the route is always a factor. |

To date - we still operate with our 'Flat Rate' $ 5.00' Shipping & Handling Charge. This is for all orders - of any size - no matter how small or large. ( USA only. ) If packages weigh 13oz. or more - they mail USPS Priority mail - automatically. Dictionary / ies ONLY orders - are shipped free of charge. ( IF ANY OTHER ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH A DICTIONARY ORDER - THE $ 5.00 S&H APPLIES. ) Any deviations or expedites are charged ACTUAL COST - or as may be posted specifically on this page. |

How can I receive my order faster?
NEXT DAY and/or SAT. DELIVERY BY UPS is NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL LOCATIONS ! And... Saturday UPS deliveries cost at least $ 10.00 extra. Thus - the smallest of packages typically would cost a minimum of $ 35.00 to $ 50.00 for a Saturday delivery. We had packages of a few medallions cost as much as $ 85.00 for an overnight UPS shipment. BE WARNED! |

Based on our experience and the rather optimistic claims by the USPS... PRIORITY packages should arrive within about 7 working days - or sooner. Standard ( very small packages ) should arrive within about 12 working days or sooner. It depends primarily on how far away you are - and - how many regular airline flights arrive to your area from the USA. It also depends on your local postal service. |

We cannot influence, control, or predict
'Customs' activities. Usually customers experience reasonably fast arrival of packages. Then customs 'grabs one' and it may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. "Catch 22" - We MUST list on US customs forms a description of the enclosed items, weight and US dollar value. If we list items as AA or "Alcoholics Anonymous... item/s - there's a better chance Customs will not hold up the package. Although... many customers do not want an AA reference written on the package. At our end of things - it's simply frustrating... so we avoid using an AA reference on required customs forms. Also - we must avoid using references to any precious metals or jewelry. Even the word 'bronze' or 'aluminum' can trigger a customs investigation. We will not re-ship until at least 3 weeks have passed from the date of our mailing. ( Unless our investigations and considerations suggest otherwise. ) |
