near 100 orders daily. Some human error is unavoidable.
Although we have a less than 1% error rate, when it's your order, it
feels like a 100% error rate.
We do our utmost to
correct orders as soon as possible
with as little inconvenience to customers as possible.

NOTE: If we have sent you a wrong bronze or aluminum medallion, it's
highly unlikely we would want it returned.
If we request a return of an item or items in error, we send customers a US
Mail, postage paid package for return.
#1 reason packages are returned to us - Customers providing wrong or incomplete
addresses.
Return Policy
Our basic view is: We goof - ( and we do ) -
we pay. You goof - you pay.
We reserve the right to be flexible in any regard.
We're not out to 'punish' anyone for human error - just
safeguard against excessive losses.
Any item/s may be returned within 60 days.
There is a 15% restock fee of the charged price.
Considerations will be made as to rebating return shipping costs -
primarily based on the reason for the return.
Experience indicates that
some items are returned simply because customers have not paid attention
to
clearly noted information on the web site shopping pages for the item/s
involved.
We do not refund return shipping costs in such cases.
